What role do you typically exercise on a team?

• Usually, when I work on a team (for example in college) I tend mold to the group situation, if the group needs a leader I can be, if the group already have a leader, I can follow instructions perfectly fine, as I give suggestions too. I prefer to do things that I know the most, but I’m also willing to do new things that I don’t know too much about them and learn how to do them good.

What should members of this team know about you in order to work with you as best as they can?

• The most important thing they should know about me it’s that I willing to work in order to fulfill all the goals of this mission, so if they need my help with something, even if I have no idea know to do it, I’ll try as hard as I can to help them :).

How might God be bringing together your personality type and your spiritual gifts for use in his kingdom?

• The way God can bring together my personality type and my spiritual gifts for the use in His kingdom is by using me as a channel for the Holy Spirit, so He can flow through me, using me as I am, acting through me, increasing all the advantages of my ESTJ personality and the top of my spiritual gifts, working with my qualities and making them perfect as He is.
